Pricing

Prices are subject to change depending to market fluctuations of precious metals.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Products can only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation and/or receipt) and must be in perfect condition and original packaging.  Exchanges can be made for products of equal value or for a shop credit of equal value (minus postage fees if applicable). Please note that exchanges will incur postage fees. Please ensure your piece/s are securely packaged as Argent does not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.

Please follow the steps below if you wish to return and exchange your purchase:

1. Email elizabeth@argentsilversmith.com within 14 days of purchase.

2. Post your purchase and original packaging to: Argent Silversmith Returns, PO BOX 229, Tawonga South VIC 3698

It is your responsibility to securely package your products as exchanges cannot be made for items damaged in transit. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for pieces that have been deemed faulty.

Faulty pieces

Should your piece(s) develop any manufacturing faults within 6 months of purchase, Argent Silversmith will repair the product at no cost.

Manufacturing faults do not refer to wear and tear; broken chains, bent rings, snapped or chipped settings, cracked or missing wood, gem stones or freshwater pearls.
