Domestic orders

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, registered Post or Express Post. Every Argent Silversmith postage method is fully trackable and require a signature on delivery.

Estimated delivery time to domestic addresses is 2-7 business days

Please note that these services do not include insurance. Should you wish to insure your parcel, you can select this option on the checkout page.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or registered Post. International postage is not fully trackable.  You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped and delivered.  To upgrade your shipping option, please email elizabeth@argentsilversmith.com before placing your order.

Estimated delivery time to international addresses is 10-15 business days

Please note that these services do not include insurance. Should you wish to insure your parcel, you can select this option on the checkout page.

Due to local restrictions on delivering to home addresses, residents of the following countries must provide PO Box addresses:

  • Oman

  • Qatar

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates

Local Pick Up

Residents of Mount Beauty and surrounding areas can organise to pick up their orders by selecting this option at checkout. You will be sent an email upon completion of your piece to organise pick up. 

Duties & Taxes

Argent parcels are shipped in accordance with Australian postal rules. All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Argent is not liable for international customs or service tax charges.

Reshipping

Please ensure you have provided the correct address details. If your order is returned to Argent by Australia Post due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged for reshipping the order.
